Qualifications

• A combination of accounting education and relevant work experience.
• Experience in purchase to pay and order to cash processes, general accounting, or finance shared services.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical thinking, and follow‑through.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned purchase to pay and order to cash processes, reconciliation, master-data, payment, billing, or shared-services activities of a moderately complex nature from receipt through resolution.
• Apply established controls, policies, approval authorities, and segregation-of-duties requirements.
• Investigate transaction, workflow, data, billing, payment, and cash-application exceptions; escalate high-risk or non-standard matters.
• Monitor accuracy, open items, deadlines, and service issues, and maintain complete supporting documentation and audit trails.
• Support multiple companies, business units, transaction types, and systems, as assigned.
• Contribute practical recommendations that improve accuracy, standardization, controls, turnaround time, and user adoption.
