Job summary

Richardson International is seeking an Analyst, Finance Technology to join the Finance Technology team at the Winnipeg Head Office. You will support and enhance the OneStream CPM platform, work on consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and develop dashboards that drive business insights.

The role requires a commerce/business degree with analytics or accounting focus, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for finance technology and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration, with a major in Business Analytics, MIS or Accounting.
• Strong interest in finance technology, analytics, automation, and process improvement.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with OneStream or other financial performance management platforms and/or knowledge of VB.NET and/or SQL considered an asset but not required.

We currently have an opportunity for an Analyst, Finance Technology to join our Finance Technology team located at our Winnipeg Head Office.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Technologist, this role supports the administration and ongoing enhancement of Richardson's financial technology solutions, with a primary focus on the OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform. Ideal for someone who enjoys combining accounting, business analytics and technology to solve complex business problems. In this role, you will work with enterprise financial data, develop data-driven reports, dashboards and performance metrics, identify business insights that support decision-making, and help drive continuous process improvement through technology.
