Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Commerce or Business Administration with a major aligned to analytics or accounting.
• Strong interest in finance technology, analytics, automation, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with OneStream or similar platforms and knowledge of VB.NET or SQL is an asset.

• Troubleshoot system issues, investigate root causes, and identify potential solutions.

• Create user documentation, deliver training, and collaborate on technology-related projects and system enhancements.

We currently have an opportunity for an Analyst, Finance Technology to join our Finance Technology team located at our Winnipeg Head Office. Reporting to the Senior Finance Technologist, this role supports the administration and ongoing enhancement of Richardson's financial technology solutions, with a primary focus on the OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform. Ideal for someone who enjoys combining accounting, business analytics and technology to solve complex business problems. In this role, you will work with enterprise financial data, develop data-driven reports, dashboards and performance metrics, identify business insights that support decision-making, and help drive continuous process improvement through technology.

• Experience with OneStream or other financial performance management platforms and/or knowledge of VB.NET and/or SQL considered an asset but not required
