Job summary

Richardson International invites applications for an Analyst, Finance Technology to join the Finance Technology team at the Winnipeg Head Office.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Technologist, you will support administration and enhancement of our OneStream CPM platform, analyze enterprise financial data, and develop data-driven reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement through technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in commerce or business administration with a major in business analytics, MIS, or accounting.
• Strong interest in finance technology, analytics, automation, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with OneStream or other financial performance management platforms and/or knowledge of VB.NET and/or SQL is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system issues, investigate root causes, and identify potential solutions.

• Create user documentation, deliver training, and collaborate on technology-related projects and system enhancements.
