Altis Recruitment is partnering with a growing real estate developer to recruit a Finance Manager in Ottawa, ON. This fully onsite role offers a compensation range of $120,000-$130,000 plus bonus, with strong potential to influence accounting processes and leadership across the finance team.

You'll oversee financial reporting, coordinate audits, contribute to a Yardi implementation, and coach staff while partnering with senior leadership to explain numbers and support strategic decisions.

Altis Recruitment is partnering with a growing real estate developer to recruit a Finance Manager. Youll bring accounting expertise and leadership to a business preparing for its next stage of growth.

Working closely with finance colleagues and senior leadership, youll oversee reporting, lead external audits, and support an accounting systems implementation. This opportunity suits someone who enjoys developing people, understanding the details, and answering challenging financial questions with confidence.

Your Responsibilities

• Youll oversee accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accurate, timely information.

• Youll manage and coach staff, establishing clear expectations and supporting their development.

Skills and Qualifications

• Progressive accounting experience within real estate development, including responsibility for financial reporting.

• Experience directly managing accounting or finance staff.

• Demonstrated ownership of external audits and sound accounting judgment.

• Strong accounting systems skills. Yardi experience is an asset.

• Clear communication and the confidence to work independently with senior stakeholders.
