Steele Auto Group in Canada is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager for Tantramar Chevrolet. You will guide customers through financing options, process paperwork, and present protection plans while collaborating with the sales team to optimize every sale and customer experience.

The role is full-time, commission-based with earning potential up to CAD 100,000+ annually. Applicants should have FI experience and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Tantramar Chevrolet is currently looking for a Finance & Insurance Manager to join the team.

We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the customer experience and play a meaningful role in the sales process. In this position, you’ll support customers through one of the biggest purchases they’ll make, helping them understand their financing options and making the process clear and straightforward.

At Tantramar Chevrolet, the focus is on building long-term relationships, not just closing deals. As the Finance & Insurance Manager, you’ll work closely with both customers and the sales team to ensure every transaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.

Compensation: 100% commission, with earning potential of up to $100,000+ annually

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work with lenders to secure financing solutions that align with each customer’s situation
• Complete lease and finance paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Present warranty, insurance, and protection options in a clear and informative way
• Support the sales team by keeping them informed on financing programs and options
• Ensure all documentation is complete, compliant, and well organized

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or finance (F&I experience is an asset)
• A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
• Comfort reviewing credit and explaining financing options to customers
• Understanding of different lending types including prime and subprime
• A motivated, detail-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
