Job summary

Uline is seeking a Bilingual (French) Collections Analyst to join our Milton, ON team. This full-time role offers pay from $36 to $40 per hour with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with on-site work in Milton. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of accounts, resolving past-due balances, maintaining records, and collaborating with Credit, Customer Service, and Sales to minimize bad debt.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
