Job summary

Uline is seeking a bilingual Collections Analyst (English/French) to support the Milton, ON team. You will manage customer accounts, drive timely payments, and coordinate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales to improve cash flow.

The role requires 1+ year in collections or AR, strong communication, and proficiency in Word/Excel. On-site hours and competitive hourly pay with growth potential are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French, oral and written.
• 1+ year in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and offering payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and document collection activity.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales to reduce aging.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Position Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
