Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative in Milton, ON. You will handle orders, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service via phone, email, and chat. Full-time hours Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.

Pay from CAD 35 to 40 per hour with significant growth and earning potential. Training and tools are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience delivering customer service or sales support.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and handle inquiries via phone, email and chat.

Position Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
