Uline, a North American leader in shipping and packaging, is hosting a hiring event in Milton, ON. We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (French) for full-time, on-site work, paying $35-$40 per hour. Fluency in English and French is required.

You will process orders, answer questions via phone, email, and chat, and help customers navigate our website. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms required.

Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (French) Pay from $35 to $40 per hour Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM

Responsibilities & Minimum Requirements

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
