Uline in Milton, Ontario is seeking a Bilingual (French) Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer accounts, support timely payments, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver legendary service across North America.

This on-site role offers pay from $36 to $40 per hour, working Monday to Friday, with opportunities for growth, benefits from day one, and a focus on accurate records, problem solving and patient customer communication.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual (English / French) fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records and document collection activity and interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
