Uline is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (French) in Milton, ON. Join a team with strong growth potential, comprehensive benefits, development opportunities and a stable work environment.

• Provide product suggestions and answer questions about pricing and shipping.
• Build relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline solutions.
• Assist customers navigating the Uline website and ordering system.

Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms required.

Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
