Uline in Toronto is seeking a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer accounts, support timely payments, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver legendary service across our North American organization.

The role requires English/French bilingual communication, 1+ year of AR or customer service experience, and proficiency with Word and Excel. On-site hours are Mon-Fri, pay CAD 36–40 per hour with strong growth potential.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Position Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
