Uline is hosting a Finance Bilingual (French) Hiring Event in Milton, ON. The Collections Analyst - Bilingual (French) role offers full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and on-site work.

You will manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, resolve past-due balances, document activity, and collaborate with Credit, Customer Service and Sales to reduce aging and bad debt. Benefits include company-paid extended health coverage, RRSP with 6% match, tuition assistance, paid

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years in collections, accounts receivable or customer service.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms required.

Collections Analyst - Bilingual (French)

Pay from $36 to $40 per hour

Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
