Uline is seeking a bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English/French) in Milton for full-time hours. You will process orders, provide product recommendations and resolve inquiries using top-tier tools.

You’ll build strong customer relationships via phone, email and chat while guiding customers through our online ordering system. Ideal candidates have strong problem-solving and communication skills, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and a willingness to learn.

Qualificações

• Bilingual (English / French) fluent in verbal and written forms.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
