Job summary

Uline, a family-owned North American distributor of shipping and packaging materials, is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for the Toronto Branch. The role covers English and French language support, handling orders, inquiries, and product recommendations.

Full-time, on-site at Milton, ON, with comprehensive training, and opportunities for growth through multiple bonus programs and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/French) required or fluent.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries.
• Be a product and solutions expert and answer questions on products, pricing and shipping.
• Build business relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline’s best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering.

Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.


• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.


• Prior customer service experience is a plus , but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!


• Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
