Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a field service technician to perform installation, maintenance, and service calls for electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within a defined territory in Canada. Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to travel to the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills with hardware familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Flexible shift work, including morning, afternoon, and evening start times with some holidays.
• Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. without assistance and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects.
