Job summary

Bray Controls Canada Ltd. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across the North/Central Alberta territory, selling Bray valve, actuator, and flow control lines.

You will identify new business opportunities, support existing accounts, and execute strategic sales plans aligned with annual targets. This field-based role requires strong technical sales capability, excellent relationship management, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales or sales management experience in industrial products.
• Proven ability to develop territory sales and manage customer accounts.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Promote Bray products through customer visits, presentations, seminars, and training.
• Develop and grow the territory by identifying opportunities and increasing market penetration.
• Make pricing/lead-time recommendations to support order conversion.
• Prepare annual forecasts and budgets with distribution partners.
• Lead complex negotiations and close business with customers.
