Job summary

Hamstra Carpet One Floor & Home is seeking an Outside Sales & Business Development professional to cultivate new business and manage existing accounts in Strathroy, ON. You will visit job sites, conduct in-person consultations, prepare quotes, and present flooring, paint, and window covering options to contractors, property managers, and homeowners.

You will follow up on leads, negotiate pricing within guidelines, close sales, and coordinate with installers and the in-store team to ensure smooth

Qualifications

Proven sales and business development experience.
Strong customer service and account management skills.
Experience in field service or on-site client work.
Ability to deliver product training to customers and partners.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
Familiarity with CRM tools for lead, quotes, and customer data.

Responsibilities

Visit job sites and conduct in-person consultations with contractors, managers and homeowners.
Prepare quotes and present product options for flooring, paint, and window coverings.
Follow up leads, negotiate pricing within guidelines and close sales.
