Job summary

Source Energy Services Ltd. in Peace River, AB, is seeking a Resource Coordinator to support safe, efficient operations in the Peace River division. You will coordinate field personnel, develop crew schedules, and ensure accurate time and expense reporting to Finance.

Reporting to the GM, Peace River, you will work with Operations, Maintenance, HSE, HR and Finance to ensure staffing levels, training, and regulatory compliance, while promoting safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in crew scheduling or project management.
• Valid safety tickets (First Aid, H2S).
• Oilfield/mining experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage crew schedules and forecast delays.
• Ensure timesheets and expenses are accurate and submitted to Finance.
• Maintain HSE/SQ compliance and up-to-date certifications.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate communication among staff, supervisors and operations.
• Oversee equipment readiness with maintenance team.
• Update crew competencies.
