Job summary

SECURE is seeking an Area Manager to lead safe, efficient operations across our waste processing facilities in the Peace River area. You will set safety culture, develop teams, oversee training and KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Based in Western Canada with travel between Peace River, Rainbow Lake, Valleyview, and High Prairie, you will partner with the General Manager to drive operational excellence and deliver on budgets and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 5 years in waste management facilities or related ops.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean record.
• Safety tickets and ability to pass pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, efficient, day-to-day operations at multiple facilities.
• Lead and develop facility teams; set safety culture and KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective communication with leadership.
• Coordinate travel between Peace River, Rainbow Lake, Valleyview and High Prairie.
