Job summary

MCI limited in Toronto, Canada, is seeking an experienced Field Operations Supervisor to supervise all field activities for the company’s transit service projects, including PDI, warranty, and retrofit work. You will travel daily to customer sites, be visible on job sites, and coordinate training for field technicians while maintaining strong customer relationships to secure future awards.

• Strong inventory management skills and organization.
• Experience with transit bus electrical/mechanical systems and CAN/J1939.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and implement field plan for PDI, warranty and retrofit work.
• Travel daily to various customer sites and supervise technicians on site.
• Lead training for field technicians and coordinate warranty repairs.
• Communicate status to Regional Product Support Managers and Director.
• Ensure compliance with company values and travel policies.
