Job summary

Bird Construction is seeking a Digital Services Field Support Technician to provide Level 1/2 desktop and end-user support from Edmonton, Alberta. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and Microsoft 365 issues, while handling service requests and incidents in ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• 5+ years in IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, M365 and endpoint tech.
• Experience with AD, Entra ID, Intune and device management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 desktop and end-user support for devices and room tech.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, network and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Fulfil service requests: accounts, software deployment, access, provisioning.
• Manage incidents via ServiceNow and meet SLAs.
• Perform regular site visits to support offices and sites.
• Document procedures and contribute to improvements and automation.
