Job summary

Williams Machinery is expanding in Terrace and Northwest BC and seeks a driven Sales Representative. You will hunt for new business, build a robust sales pipeline, and close deals across multiple industries, including equipment sales and rental.

This hunter role involves on-site visits, live demonstrations, and travel across Northwest BC, with a base salary of $70,000–$120,000 plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in equipment, industrial, or related fields.
• Hunter mindset with ability to prospect, cold outreach, and win new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in front of customers and decision-makers.
• Self-driven, competitive, and motivated by targets and results.
• Willingness to travel across Northwest BC and occasionally to the U.S. for training.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt for new business across Terrace and Northwest BC.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting to close.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers across multiple industries.
• Conduct on-site visits, equipment walkarounds, and live demonstrations.
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored equipment solutions (sales + rental).
• Grow existing accounts while consistently opening new doors.
• Represent Williams Machinery as a trusted advisor in the field.
