OpenTable in Toronto is seeking a Senior Enablement Manager to partner with customer-facing teams and drive new-hire readiness. You will design scalable training, embed in the field, and translate field realities into effective learning experiences that accelerate ramp-to-productivity.

You’ll measure impact with KPI-focused dashboards, lead both in-person and virtual sessions, and own the full lifecycle of enablement initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate learning experience in a mid-to-large organization; drives measurable sales or operational results.
• Experience using CRM and call metrics to analyze performance trends and adjust programming.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable enablement programs bridging curriculum to real-world execution.
• Embed in the field to diagnose gaps and iterate on content.
• Lead in-person and virtual sessions emphasizing practical application and coaching.
• Own end-to-end readiness metrics and track KPIs like time-to-first-deal and ramp speed.
• Translate field feedback into actionable enablement content for product teams.
• Manage program execution from planning to post-training analysis in a fast-paced environment.
