Job summary

TP is seeking a dynamic Training Director to lead the training team in a fast-paced environment and to drive excellence in internal training across core products. You will oversee onboarding, development, and program-wide training initiatives.

You will design modules, implement testing strategies, and manage LMS deployment while collaborating with stakeholders to translate needs into practical curricula and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience in training and development, including leadership.
• Elite C-level communication skills and experience in strategic stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct a training team focused on onboarding and development across the program.
• Design and iterate training modules and instructional materials aligned with evolving business needs.
• Lead LMS deployment and ensure compliance with training standards and certifications.
• Translate client expectations into actionable insights within the training curriculum.
• Oversee team administration and performance tracking for new hires.
