Brunel seeks a detail-oriented Field Business Technician to support administrative and business operations in a fast-paced field environment. You will report to the Senior Field Business Technician and coordinate activities, manage communications, and support operational teams to meet business objectives.

The role requires organization, multitasking, and strong communication to ensure accurate information flows across departments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative, office coordination, or business support experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to field operations and business teams.
  • Prepare and format correspondence, reports, procedures, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Develop, maintain, and update spreadsheets, databases, tracking logs, and departmental records.
  • Assist with the creation and execution of internal communication plans.
  • Serve as a key communication resource within the department.
  • Distribute information to employees through Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and other channels.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of updates, procedures, and business information.
  • Liaise with internal departments to coordinate various business requirements.
  • Support Information Technology requests and troubleshooting processes.
  • Assist with invoice processing, requisitions, and related administrative workflows.
  • Coordinate and track departmental requests and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Monitor office equipment and supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Initiate service requests and coordinate maintenance for office equipment as required.
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies when necessary.
  • Maintain and distribute organizational charts, procedures, manuals, handbooks, monitoring guides, and other controlled documents.
  • Ensure documentation remains current, accurate, and accessible to employees.
  • Adhere to all HSSE requirements.
  • Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
