CAE Inc in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, is seeking a Training Administrator to support the administrative lifecycle of aircrew in the FAcT training program. You will report to the FAcT Air Operations Manager and serve as a central point of contact for personnel completing training on-site.
Responsibilities include onboarding, scheduling, maintaining training records, liaising with DND and internal and external stakeholders, and providing first-level FlightPro support.
DescriptionThe FAcT Training Administrator supports the administrative lifecycle of aircrew participating in the FAcT flying training program. Reporting to the FAcT Air Operations Manager, the Training Administrator serves as a central point of contact for personnel completing training in MooseJaw and coordinates with the Department of National Defence (DND), internal teams, and external stakeholders. This position is fully on-site in MooseJaw, Saskatchewan. The anticipated work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
