Job summary

CAE Inc. in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, is seeking a FAct Training Administrator to manage onboarding, records, and scheduling for aircrew training. You will liaise with DND, CAE teams, and external stakeholders while guiding personnel through the Moose Jaw training process.

The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and requires attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service or administrative support experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with students, instructors, military personnel, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities and meet timelines in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Reliability Status.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison among incoming personnel, DND, CAE departments, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Contact incoming personnel and provide administrative onboarding information to support their transition to Moose Jaw.
• Coordinate local orientation activities, including facility tours and information about available equipment, systems, and services.
• Support administrative processes associated with the commencement, progression, phase transition, location transition, and completion of training.
• Provide first-level support to FlightPro users and coordinate issue resolution with the appropriate technical or program subject matter expert.
• Maintain accurate aircrew qualifications, training records, databases, and associated documentation.
• Support course scheduling, status tracking, and recurring reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
