Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8-10 years previous related experience as Office Manager.
  • Knowledge and experience in the operation of a Schedule III Bank is useful.
  • Experience in managing confidential information is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Foster relationships to understand operational needs and tailor solutions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of maintenance projects.
  • Serve as Business Continuity Coordinator for Corporate Services.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Manage real estate expense per budget.
