Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Suites; advanced Excel skills required.
• Previous automotive sales or delivery specialist experience required.
• Dealer related systems (PBS) experience is an asset.
• OMVIC license is required and G Driver’s license is a must.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service on all transactions.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of manufacturer rebates and programs.
• Plan sales targets, growth, and profitability.
• Maintain dealership reports and attend training sessions.
• Ensure competitive quotes for products and services.
• Train sales staff on financing, insurance, and extended service programs.
• Develop relationships with finance companies and banks.
• Aim to meet or exceed Division F&I metrics.
