AutoCanada’s Premier Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC located in Windsor, ON, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead the F&I department and optimize vehicle financing options for customers. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, relationship-building with lenders, and a drive to meet profitability goals.

The successful candidate will manage loan/lease options, upsell extended warranties, and ensure accurate, compliant documentation while supporting the sales team in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive finance management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing and insurance products.
• Understanding of federal and state/provincial regulations related to auto financing.
• Excellent negotiation and customer-service skills.
• Experience with F&I software and DMS systems.
• Bachelor-level degree preferred in finance or business.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting financing options (loan/lease) from various institutions.
• Sell extended warranties and other F&I products.
• Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain relationships with banks, credit unions and lenders.
• Ensure all F&I transactions comply with laws and dealership policies.
• Provide guidance to sales team on financing options and procedures.
• Meet or exceed monthly financing and F&I product sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve financing questions.
