Qualifications

• 3+ years in leadership roles in F&B or hospitality.
• Experience managing multiple outlets and events.
• Post-secondary education in Hospitality is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and consistency.
• Support the Director of Food & Beverage in achieving departmental goals, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure outlets are appropriately staffed and operating efficiently based on business demands and forecasted volumes.
• Maintain and enforce all service standards, operating procedures, and company policies.
• Collaborate with Culinary leadership on menu planning, pricing strategies and promotional initiatives.
