Job summary

Kibbi in Quebec is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to analyze budgets, plan costs for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and evaluate daily operations.

You will recruit staff, set work schedules, determine services to offer, cost products and services, organize inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed. You will also participate in marketing plans and address customer complaints as part of delivering consistent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations or similar role.
• Knowledge of budgeting, inventory, and cost control is required.
• Ability to implement health and safety regulations.
