Job summary

Days-Hospitality-Limited is seeking a General Manager to oversee hotel operations, lead the leadership team, and drive guest satisfaction. The role focuses on maintaining service excellence, financial performance, and community engagement within a dynamic hotel environment.

You will manage daily operations, coordinate with departments, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest comfort while embodying the company culture and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience leading a hotel operation.
• Experience using Windows and web-based programs including Word, Excel, property management and POS systems.
• Business or hospitality degree is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the hotel leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and safety.
• Analyze financial reports and adjust operations to improve performance.
• Coordinate with head office and departments to maintain smooth operations and effective communication.
