Job summary

The Derrick Golf and Winter Club is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the Founders Room, Spike Bar, and Sun Cafe operations. You will train staff, manage schedules, ensure service excellence, and maintain strong member relationships during peak service times.

This role emphasizes leadership, guest interaction, safety, cleanliness, and collaboration with the culinary team to uphold the club’s reputation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality, F&B, restaurant or service industries.
• Experience in a private club, hotel, restaurant or similar environment is a plus.
• ProServe certification or the ability to obtain it as required.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Founders Room and Spike Bar operations daily.
• Provide coaching, training and performance feedback to staff.
• Schedule staffing and manage attendance and overtime as needed.
• Oversee service standards, inventory, and cleanliness to reflect club expectations.
• Maintain member relations, handle questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with executive chefs and F&B managers to meet goals.
