Specsavers West Broadway, BC is hiring a Full-Time Retail Associate (Eyecare Consultants) to welcome customers, guide them through frame selections, and support those trying contacts. No optical experience is needed; full training provided.

You’ll work evenings and weekends, enjoy staff benefits, and be part of a values-driven, award-winning team focused on delivering great eye care and affordable eyewear.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• No optical experience required—training provided.
• Spanish language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and create an approachable store atmosphere.
• Understand customer needs and recommend eyecare solutions.
• Guide customers in selecting frames to suit lenses and personal style.
• Explain offers, products and services clearly for informed choices.
• Perform pre-screening tests and measurements with full training provided.
• Measure and adjust frames for comfort and precise fit.
• Process orders for prescription glasses and contact lenses accurately.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain customer care.
• Be an ambassador for Specsavers and uphold company values.
