Specsavers is hiring a part-time Retail Associate (Eyecare Consultant) in Calgary. You will welcome customers, help them explore frame collections, and guide decisions on lenses and contact lenses.

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Passion for creating WOW moments through exceptional service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Reliability and flexibility to work retail hours.
• Friendly, outgoing and confident with product recommendations.
• Motivated by building long-term customer relationships.
• Retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a friendly store atmosphere.
• Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses.
• Explain offers, products and services clearly to help customers make informed choices.
• Support customers trying contact lenses and other eye care products.
• Process orders for prescription glasses and contact lenses accurately.
• Schedule follow-up appointments to maintain excellent customer care.
