Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and create an approachable in-store environment.
• Guide customers to select frames and lens options that suit their style and needs.
• Explain offers and products clearly to help customers make informed choices.
• Assist with pre-screening tests and ensure accurate frame measurements and fittings.
• Process orders for glasses and contact lenses and schedule follow-ups.
