Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with placing orders and payments by phone, online, or in person.
• Provide advice to help customers make the best possible purchases with excellent customer service.
• Ensure orders are accurately selected, scanned, and packed.
• Balance and reconcile cash at end of work shift.
• Wrap and bag merchandise and support with loading and packaging.
• Substitute products when original items are not in stock or have been discontinued.
• Collaborate with store departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and requests.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment.

We are seeking an Express Shopper to join our team. Thisrole is responsible to shop the store to complete customer online orders, offeradvice and guidance on products, process purchase orders, prepare deliveries,and assist with online customer queries. The goal is to exceed customerexpectations by having a keen eye for detail.

Ultimately, this role will work indirectly with customersto prepare orders and get them to our customers as if they had shopped theorders themselves.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support customers with placing orders and makingpayments via the phone, online, or in person
• Help customers make the best possible purchasesby providing advice, guidance, and excellent customer service
• Engage with customers and ensure any specialinstructions are followed.
• Ensure that orders are accurately selected,scanned, and packed
• Assist with order collection, packaging,loading, and payment, where required
• Appropriatelysubstitute products for similar items if original items are not in stock orhave been discontinued
• Collaborate with store departments to ensureefficient service delivery
• Respond promptly and effectively to customers'complaints and requests
• Ensure the store isclean, safe and ready for shoppers
• Process cash register payments by cash, creditcard, gift card, and debit
• Wrap and place merchandise in bags / carts
• Balance and reconcile cash at end of work shift
• Performsother related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand during scheduled shift,withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
• Push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shiftswith or without reasonable accommodation
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds at times
