Intuit Canada is seeking a Tax Expert to help clients complete their personal tax returns using TurboTax. You will provide tax guidance, review complex returns, and handle product inquiries as part of full-service support.

This virtual, client-facing role requires bilingual English/French communication, at least 20 hours per week, and flexible scheduling. You will engage via video and audio tools and maintain accurate client records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Experience using professional tax software to prepare and file personal returns, including complex elements.
• Bilingual in English and French with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in completing their taxes using TurboTax and provide tax guidance.
• Review personal tax returns and handle product inquiries in a service-focused manner.
