• 2+ years of finish carpentry experience.
• Strong experience with trim, baseboards, casing, doors and interior finishing.
• Ability to read plans and drawings.
• Proficient with hand and power tools, including mitre saws and nail guns.
• Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.

• Install finish carpentry components such as trim, baseboards and casing.
• Hang and trim doors, apply interior finishes.
• Read and interpret plans and drawings to ensure accurate installations.
