Job summary

Fairmont Banff Springs is seeking a dedicated Fairmont Gold Supervisor to elevate guest service in our luxury hotel-within-a-hotel. Starting hourly rate is 24.74 CAD, rising to 29.31 CAD after three years, with tenure recognition.

Responsibilities include front desk duties, reservations review, concierge guidance, and seamless VIP experiences. Minimum 1 year front desk supervisory experience in a large hotel is preferred, with knowledge of Opera PMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year front desk supervisory experience in a large hotel.
• Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS, Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal skills with a high attention to detail.
• Experience in Royal Service and guest recovery is an asset.
• Graduate of Hotel Management or Hospitality program is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in guest service and act as liaison between the hotel and guests, handling requests promptly.
• Deliver warm, personalized service to exceed expectations with a curated guest experience.
• Perform front desk duties including posting charges, check-in/out, auditing and reporting.
• Review Fairmont Gold reservations for accuracy and standards.
• Provide concierge information on local attractions, dining, events and activities.
• Coordinate arrival/departure experiences with VIP guests and market mix.
• Support Lounge Attendants to uphold daily food and beverage standards.
