Job summary

Fairmont Banff Springs is seeking a VIP Supervisor to deliver personalized service to VIP and high-profile guests while leading the VIP Concierge team. You will create memorable experiences, anticipate guest needs, and ensure seamless service throughout the guest journey.

The role requires leadership by example, empowering teammates, and maintaining high service standards in a luxury hotel setting. Starting rate is $29.43/hour with progressive increases based on tenure and performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' previous hotel experience in VIP Service, Front Office, Guest Services, Concierge or Royal Service.
Supervisory or leadership experience in a large hotel or luxury resort is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide professional, engaging and friendly service.
Coordinate VIP guests' stay from pre-arrival to post-departure for a seamless experience.
Meet and greet guests and maintain personal contact during their stay.
Supervise VIP team activities to meet service standards.
Lead and mentor colleagues to deliver memorable guest moments.
Ensure guest concerns are tracked and followed up to prevent recurrence.
