Job summary

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in Banff National Park is seeking a Guest Relations Leader to drive the exclusive Fairmont Gold experience and elevate personalized service for luxury guests.

You will supervise the Fairmont Gold Lounge team, coordinate VIP reservations and ensure standards across rooms, lounge and F&B. Experience in luxury service and PMS systems is preferred; applicants must be able to work holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a similar guest relations capacity required
• Previous luxury level service knowledge and training a strong asset
• Strong Food and Beverage background preferred
• Previous Property Management System experience required
• Familiarity with Opera PMS, Le Club Accor, Royal Service, Kipsu, LQA, WebWorks, and Time & Attendance is preferred but not required
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of Fairmont Gold Lounge operations to uphold Fairmont Gold Standards
• Supervise the Lounge Servers and Supervisors to deliver professional, courteous service
• Log guest preferences in loyalty profiles and personalize service
• Coordinate VIP and special attention reservations and liaise with guests
• Log and report guest concerns and take corrective action
• Oversee Fairmont Gold Guest Floors cleanliness and organization, coordinating with Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations
• Support pre-arrival communications, front desk, concierge, and lounge operations as needed
• Plan staffing and payroll duties in alignment with occupancy levels
• Track Fairmont Gold occupancy and adjust staffing accordingly
• Maintain décor and room product quality and ensure food & beverage presentation standards
