Fairmont Banff Springs is seeking a VIP Supervisor to lead the VIP Concierge team and deliver personalized service for high-profile guests. You will coordinate all phases of the guest stay, meet guests, and ensure a seamless experience across pre-arrival, in-house, and post-departure stages.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid knowledge of local Banff attractions. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' previous hotel experience in VIP Service, Front Office, Guest Services, Concierge or Royal Service.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a large hotel or luxury resort preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills; written and verbal communication skills.
• Second language is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the VIP Concierge team to deliver personalized service.
• Coordinate all phases of the VIP guests' stay from pre-arrival to post-departure for a seamless experience.
• Meet and greet and ensure personal contact during the guest’s stay.
• Log reservations, create confirmations and itineraries; be well versed on the ALICE application.
• Support the VIP Manager with continuous improvement of departmental goals, procedures and service standards.
