Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is seeking a leader to deliver the exclusive Fairmont Gold experience, guiding a passionate team and elevating personalized service to reflect the highest luxury standards. You will help lead a hotel-within-a-hotel, ensuring guest loyalty and impeccable service across rooms and dining operations.

The role demands extensive guest relations leadership, a strong F&B background, and familiarity with Opera PMS and Accor systems.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in a guest relations capacity is required.
• Luxury level service knowledge and training is a strong asset.
• Strong Food and Beverage background preferred.
• Experience with Property Management Systems is required.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS and Accor tools is preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of Fairmont Gold Standards in rooms and F&B operations.
• Supervise Fairmont Gold Lounge Servers and Supervisors for professional service and guest recognition.
• Log guest preferences and loyalty profile information to personalize service.
• Act as a liaison for guests, handling VIP and special attention reservations.
• Log and address guest concerns, maintaining a daily improvement log.
• Oversee Fairmont Gold Guest Floors, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with standards.
