Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects Inc. (formerly Comtech Group Inc.) is seeking an experienced senior leader to drive sales, strategy, and client engagement across Canada's Energy and Resources markets.

You will guide cross-functional teams, expand the client base, and ensure project success from proposal through delivery. The role emphasizes strategic oversight, stakeholder management, and the development of market-specific talent to meet client demands and organizational goals.

Qualificações

• Minimum 15 years of experience leading delivery of complex capital projects in energy/utilities or related sectors.
• Master's degree in Engineering or MBA is a strong asset.
• P.Eng qualification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain industry knowledge and client relationships across markets.
• Lead sales initiatives for Energy and Resources in the region and across Canada.
• Develop marketing strategies to expand Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects’ client base.
• Manage and deliver sales targets and backlog growth.
• Provide strategic leadership on client relations, project/program management, scope, budget, and schedule.
