Job summary

Stantec is seeking a proven leader for the Canada East Energy & Resources group as a BCPL. You will drive top-line growth, lead pursuits, and mentor teams across Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. The role requires deep mining and energy industry experience and a collaborative, high‑visibility approach.

The position supports a hybrid work model, balancing office, field, and home responsibilities while spending substantial time in the BC office and with clients.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership on large mining/energy projects.
• Experience in pursuing and delivering complex engineering or construction services.
• Bilingual in English and French with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Center Growth and strategic sales plans.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to expand client base and revenue.
• Oversee risk, contracts, and proposals on large pursuits.
