Wickaninnish Inn in Tofino, BC, is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and coordinate housekeeping staff at our resort. You will establish procedures, oversee daily operations, and ensure guest rooms meet our high standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, strong communication, and attention to detail. This on-site role offers a dynamic team environment and opportunities to contribute to guest experience and safety.

Qualifications

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision.
• Proven ability to manage staff and maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish operational procedures.
• Plan and co-ordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews.
• Supervise staff and ensure safety standards and departmental policies are met.
• Maintain financial records and prepare budgets.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair services.
• Respond to complaints of guests.
